Delivery Information

We deliver in Gauteng only. Delivery charges are calculated on the distance from the shop and will be added to your total purchase value. You’ll be contacted within two days of your online purchase (or the following working day) to confirm a delivery day and time. While Ascot Beds & Furniture includes a wide assortment of furniture and beds we work hard to arrange delivery within 3 — 5 working days, certain products might have to be custom created especially for you and can take up to 21 working days to be delivered. In case delivery needs to take place outside the Metropolitan regions (long distance 150km from Metropolitan regions ), the delivery may take up to 10 working days.

 

Late Deliveries

You may cancel your purchase if you have not received delivery within:
 
5 working days if the products are in stock; and
21 working days if the product unit are out of stock
 

Note:

you may not return any of the merchandise, if after been provided the goods, you’ve partly or entirely disassembled, physically altered, permanently or fixed installed, affixed, attached, combined or added to, mixed or combined, or embedded within other goods or property.

If you’re eligible for a refund the money will be repaid in the account you used to make the purchase and will take 10 days to reflect in your account.
