I recently bought a mattress from your branch in Stoneridge and received such excellent service that I wanted to thank you and your staff. I had shopped around for a mattress and had received such poor service and lack of product knowledge that I eventually went online and found your store via the Sealy website.
I contacted Sue and she was superb - efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and obliging. Your delivery staff were also really good - on time, professional and very helpful.

Vicky really demonstrated an exemplary display of “putting the customer first” . I was really in a fix and needed delivery this morning still. Her whole attitude towards customers is one many companies should strive towards – and especially today with the World Cup fever, where many staff have already put done their tools for the day ! My mother (Mrs Margaret Mulgrew) recently bought some items from your store and we’d just like to express our sincere appreciation to Gerald.
He was so friendly, pleasant and helpful, and always ‘went the extra mile’, from day one, and even when the goods had been delivered and my mother found to her dismay that the three-quarter bed was actually too big for her small new bedroom in the little retirement cottage, he was able to get an exchange arranged, and even personally delivered and installed the replacement base to her on the same day that she moved in (with a borrowed mattress, as her replacement Sealy mattress in the single size, was not yet available) so that she would not have to sleep on the floor. (My mother is 85 …)
I will always consider Ascot for my furniture needs because of Gerald’s above-average customer skills and pleasant manner and will recommend the store to family and friends for the same reason.
PS your products are not bad either!
